Joe Charalambous, President

has over 10 years’ experience in specialty finance, initially working with a UK based art financing company facilitating their expansion to the US, developing their channels to market and serving as the Vice President of Business Development before joining TPC Art Finance. Joe has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from UWE, Bristol and is located in New York.

Naomi Baigell, Managing Director

has over 30 years of art market and finance expertise. Naomi has dedicated her career to educating, originating and developing strategic business opportunities to accelerate access to all aspects of the art market. Prior to joining TPC Art Finance, Naomi helped build a New York based art-backed lending start-up company, was Senior Vice President and Director of Global Corporate Art Services at Sotheby’s Auction House where she advised corporations on strategies to maximize the value sheltered within their art collections to optimize their corporate and client based initiatives, and was in-house curator for Prudential and Prudential Securities.
