Art Strategies Inc. provides expertise and comprehensive services in the acquisition and commissioning of works of art for private, corporate and institutional collections. Focusing on Canadian and International Contemporary artists, and with a broad knowledge 20th century artists, the firm develops individualized art programs specific to the needs of each client.
In the sphere of Public Art, the firm, working in collaboration with each client team, can offer myriad choices of artists with whom we have a fluid and cooperative relationship. With extensive data resources, each client's budget, taste and needs can be met smoothly and expertly.
Credentials
Irene is the past President of the Board, International Society of Appraisers. She is certified by ISA, providing USPAP-compliant appraisals for over two decades for functions such as donation, insurance and division of property, among others.
Specialties: Irene has worked at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, The Art Gallery of Ontario and at the Royal Ontario Museum. While teaching Art History at York University and at the University of Toronto, we started Art Strategies Inc. to provide consulting services in all aspects of collections management and appraisals based on sound academic and professional credentials.
