Margaret Bussiere has 20 years of specialty fine art insurance experience, and currently handles the most complex and high values Fine Art accounts in the firm: international art galleries, multi-billion dollar private collections, fine art museums and libraries. Her prior experience includes working for the Rockefeller Family at their firm Rockefeller Risk Advisors and later at Marsh. Margaret began her career in the fine art world working for galleries in New York City and Europe and for the National Gallery of Ireland as a guide and lecturer. She holds a BA and MA from Trinity College Dublin in History of Art and Literature.

Megan Fox Kelly is a professional art advisor who builds and manages collections for an international mix of individuals, museums, estates and foundations. Her full service advisory business provides curatorial and market advice and museum-quality fine art services for collectors, attorneys, financial advisors and estates. She serves as the advisor to numerous artist and collector estates and Foundations including the Estate of Michael Crichton, The Terra Foundation for American Art, the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, the Estate of Robert DeNiro, Sr., and others. Megan is President of the Association of Professional Art Advisors. She is a Certified Member of the Appraisers Association of America, with a specialization in Post War and Contemporary Art and is U.S.P.A.P compliant. Megan has a Certificate of Appraisal Studies from New York University. She is a well-regarded expert and speaker specializing in the art market and collecting.

Henry Greenberg is Managing Director, Wealth Planning Solutions, U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, Henry leads the company’s senior planners in developing strategies for planning services and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of planning advice to U.S. Trust clients. Henry and the professionals with whom he works provide customized planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals and families, specializing in estate, fiduciary, financial, gift and trust planning needs. Henry joined U.S. Trust in 2002 as a Wealth Strategist. Prior to joining U. S. Trust, Henry was a Senior Financial Planner at State Street Bank & Trust Company and he previously served as a Trust Consultant at Merrill Lynch Trust Company. Henry received his B.S. from Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University in 1991, his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994, and his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Henry holds the CFP® designation.

Nicholas M. O’Donnell is a partner in the Litigation Department of Sullivan & Worcester LLP’s Boston office. In addition to his international litigation practice, he is the leader of his firm’s Art and Museum Law practice representing collectors, dealers, auction houses and museums in a wide array of areas related to art. He is the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Art, Cultural Institutions and Heritage Committee, and a member of the Art Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Mr. O’Donnell is the author of the acclaimed A Tragic Fate—Law and Ethics in the Battle Over Nazi-Looted Art (Ankerwycke/ABA Publishing 2017), the first comprehensive overview of disputes over Holocaust expropriated art, and the editor of the Art Law Report, a blog that provides timely updates and commentary on legal issues in the museum and visual arts communities. As counsel for claimants to the famed Guelph Treasure in Berlin, in 2017 he secured the first ruling in history finding jurisdiction over Nazi-looted art claims against Germany in a U.S. court.
